New Dimensions is a private, non-profit, 501 (C)      (3) corporation. We offer employment opportunity and community placements by referral only to physically and mentally challenged individuals. The agency was established in 1974 and is located at 2 Johnson Court in Bay City, Michigan. New Dimensions' in-house production department has an array of sub-contacts that include packaging, inspection, assembly, and labeling. We are locally known for having the largest volume of mailing services in the Bay County Area.

New Dimensions is ISO 9001:2008 certified with recorded documentation of 100% satisfaction for on-time deliveries. We hold our quality of work and the ability to meet contact deadlines to the highest standards. Our goal is to assist each individual so they may reach their highest level of employment and independent living as possible.

New Dimensions is a member of United Way of Bay County. Our staff continually attends trainings & seminars through its membership with the Michigan Association Of Rehabilitation Organizations (MARO).
